Acceptable Use and Messaging Policy

This Acceptable Use and Messaging Policy explains how subscribers may and may not use CovertQuote, a service operated by 2amNexus LLC. It works alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated here by reference.

CovertQuote phone numbers and messaging features are intended only for legitimate, individual quote requests and related one-to-one conversations between a subscriber and a vendor. The service is designed to protect your personal contact information while you request and compare quotes — not for high-volume messaging, marketing, or general business communications.

The following activities are prohibited and may result in restriction, suspension, or termination of your account:

• 1Bulk or mass messaging.
• 2Automated promotional or marketing messages.
• 3Cold outreach and unsolicited commercial messages.
• 4Purchased, rented, scraped, or shared contact lists.
• 5Sending substantially identical messages to multiple unrelated recipients.
• 6Lead generation or selling access to recipients.
• 7Fraud, phishing, impersonation, deception, or misrepresentation.
• 8Harassment, threats, hate speech, illegal content, or unlawful activity.
• 9Adult, controlled-substance, gambling, firearms, high-risk financial, debt-relief, or other carrier-prohibited content.
• 10Artificially increasing traffic or attempting to evade carrier limits.
• 11Reselling, transferring, or sharing a CovertQuote phone number or account.
• 12Using CovertQuote as a general-purpose business phone system, call center, or marketing platform.
• 13Using CovertQuote phone numbers for emergency calls or 911.
• 14Continuing to message a recipient after the recipient has asked the user to stop.

Communications may be automatically analyzed to detect spam, prohibited content, unusual volume, fraud, and violations of this policy. Automated analysis helps us protect the service, our subscribers, and the carriers and providers we rely on. We do not claim that every message is manually reviewed.

When violations of this policy are detected, CovertQuote may take any of the following actions:

• Warn the account holder.
• Restrict or suspend account features or access.
• Terminate the account.
• Block specific communications or contact identities.
• Preserve relevant records for review, compliance, or legal purposes.
• Cooperate with telecommunications providers or lawful authorities.

We may take these actions without prior notice where we believe it is necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or respond to carrier or provider complaints.

CovertQuote phone numbers must not be used for emergency calls or 911 service. The service is not a replacement for emergency telephone service and may not complete or route emergency calls.

If you believe a CovertQuote subscriber is violating this policy, or if you receive unwanted messages from a CovertQuote number, please report it to us:

Please include the relevant CovertQuote number or email address, the date and time of the communication, and a brief description of the issue. We review reports and take action where appropriate.
