CovertQuote Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CovertQuote, a service operated by 2amNexus LLC (“CovertQuote,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use CovertQuote.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and 2amNexus LLC. If you are using CovertQuote on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement to use CovertQuote. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

CovertQuote provides protected email addresses and, when available, protected phone numbers that subscribers may use for legitimate quote requests and related one-to-one vendor communications. The service is designed to help you request and manage quotes while keeping your personal contact information private.

You may use protected project identities to communicate with vendors about quote requests and related one-to-one vendor communications. You are responsible for how you use the protected contact identities we provide.

You are responsible for obtaining any consent legally required before contacting a vendor or recording a call. This includes consent to record voice calls or voicemails where applicable law requires it. CovertQuote is not responsible for obtaining consent on your behalf.

You agree not to use CovertQuote to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Sending spam or bulk messaging of any kind.
• Unsolicited marketing, cold outreach, or automated promotional messages.
• Using purchased contact lists or similar lead lists to send communications.
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward any person.
• Fraud, deception, or misrepresentation.
• Impersonation of another person or organization.
• Phishing or attempts to obtain sensitive information through deception.
• Any illegal activity or activity that violates applicable law.
• Attempts to evade carrier rules, messaging provider rules, or other provider acceptable-use policies.

CovertQuote may monitor or automatically analyze communications for the following purposes:

• Spam prevention and filtering.
• Abuse detection and prohibited-content detection.
• Security and protection of the service.
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
• Summarization of messages, calls, and voicemails.
• Organization of quotes and vendor communications.

You consent to this monitoring and automated analysis as a condition of using the service.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts at any time, including when we detect:

• Violations of these Terms or our acceptable-use standards.
• Abnormal or excessive usage that strains the service.
• Carrier complaints, messaging provider complaints, or deliverability problems.
• Activity that threatens the service, other users, or third parties.

We may take these actions without prior notice where we believe it is necessary to protect the service or comply with law.

Assigned phone numbers and email addresses remain controlled by CovertQuote. We may reclaim, replace, suspend, or deactivate protected numbers and addresses at any time, including for compliance, carrier, or operational reasons. You do not own the protected contact identities assigned to your projects.

CovertQuote numbers must not be relied upon for emergency communications or 911 service. CovertQuote is not a replacement for emergency telephone service and may not support, route, or complete emergency calls. Do not use CovertQuote phone numbers in situations where you need to reach emergency services.

Service availability, phone-number inventory, message delivery, voicemail, email delivery, and carrier connectivity are not guaranteed. CovertQuote depends on third-party carriers, providers, and infrastructure that may experience outages, delays, or limitations outside our control. We do not guarantee that every message, call, or email will be delivered or received.

Applicable charges, plan details, and usage allowances are set out on our currently published pricing page. We do not state specific prices or usage allowances in these Terms because they may change. For the current pricing and limits, please review the pricing page.

Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Additional acceptable-use details may be published on our Acceptable Use page.
